*Raises hand.
Yes i'm a fan. LOL! Like them very much, especially the instrumentals of Metallica they did. They're different to other bands i know of, what with their classical instruments instead of the usual guitar and bass haha.

I really like them too, but i`m sad i haven`t seen them yet . They are also never bored of making songs together with other singers or bands and this is great!

true not everyone would team up with other bands/singers to promote each other and make each other world known. They were taking a big risk there, but then again it turned out well in the end. I mean thanks to apo many people know about The Rasmus what with thier coupling for Life Burns and many associate HIM and TR together (i think that as a good thing) through Bittersweet and also many Metallica fans are know beginning to recognise Apo's talent thanks to their ingenius way of copying Metallica ^_^

Agree with you here Zoe. Many people heard about The Ramsus after hearing Bittersweet though there are lots of people who said that Lauri's voice wasn't suitable for this song. To be honest I think Apocalyptica is one of the most original and one of the best bands Finland has. They're very talented they deserve the succes they have but I think that because of the American bands they are not as appreciated like they should be. Don't get me wrong. I have nothing against American music but I think Europe especially Nordic countries has the best music. It's less commercial and they care more about for the quality than selling their music.

Agreed. When a band cares deeply about their music and their fans they don't care about the ratings etc. Band like this struggle more then normal bands, as they don't advertise as much therefore less people know about them and their sales are less then other bands. But unlike other bands that do advertise and fail anyway, Apocolyptica (who don't have the wider range like other bands) instead of failing and thinking what's the point? They fail and carry on. They don't give up and that's what makes me respect them more.
As for The Rasmus in other bands, i'll make another thread about that so we can talk better there instead of clogging up others. That way it keeps the forum clean
