| I've been a huge fan of their music for a while now. They're Gods of heavy metal and their music have written history. Though I'm not that keen on their new album, Death Magnetic I still have to admire them for what they've done. What do you think about them? | |

| I think the same. I've liked them since their self titled album Metallica came out in 1991, also known as the Snake Album due to the cover art. That will forever hold a speacial place in my heart. I've always loved the older rock/metal bands of the earlier years. The years where your father was headbanging along to them and you looked at him gone out...and now the roles are reversed - Death Magnetic is a bit poor i agree. But it's nice to see them going in a different direction. I also would like to express how well they handled the situation when Trivium made their last album sound much like them and fans from around the world were bashing Trivium for copying them. Metallica, however, were extremely grown-up about it and laughed it off. Now that is what i call good sports man ship. | |
